FAQ
What does the "triple-synergy" in ABC actually mean?
ABC combines three active ingredients — Azelaic Acid (10%), Niacinamide (5%), and Centella Asiatica (1%) — that work together rather than relying on one ingredient alone. Each targets a different concern: Azelaic Acid for the appearance of blemishes, Niacinamide for uneven tone, and Centella Asiatica for barrier support, so the formula feels balanced rather than harsh.
Is this serum gentle enough for sensitive or acne-prone skin?
Yes — ABC was specifically designed for acne-prone and oily skin, with a lightweight gel texture. In clinical testing, it showed an 18.05% improvement in soothing effect and up to a 151.90% improvement in skin barrier condition on physically stressed skin.*

Why does my serum sometimes have a white residue on the bottle or skin?
This is normal and doesn't affect how the product performs. Due to the high concentration of active ingredients, a light white residue can occasionally appear — if you notice it, gently wipe the bottle opening and follow with a moisturizer to help support absorption.
Can I use ABC with other active ingredients, like Vitamin C or PHA?
We don't recommend layering ABC with other low-pH acid ingredients, such as PHA or Vitamin C, as combining actives can increase the likelihood of irritation. Use ABC on its own at night, and save other actives for a different part of your routine.

I’ve tried single-focus formulas that only calm or only correct, but they never did the full job. ABC combines everything into one balanced system. It calms inflammation with 10% Azelaic Acid and prevents new marks by limiting melanin transfer with Niacinamide. Truly a genius ratio!
Most corrective formulas are too aggressive for my sensitive skin, but ABC provides balanced correction without any burning sensation. The Niacinamide 5% controls my oil, while the Centella 1% supports fast recovery. My skin looks clearer and much more resilient now.
Finally, a complete skin reset for my troubled skin! I was worried about the "Azelaic sting," but this formula is so hydrating and calming. It addresses active inflammation while fading those stubborn red marks simultaneously. It’s a multi-action system that actually respects my skin barrier.
I have breakout-prone skin, so I knew I needed Azelaic Acid, but other brands always made my skin sting and peel. ABC is totally different—the 10% Azelaic Acid is so effectively balanced with Cica and Niacinamide that I get all the clearing benefits with zero irritation. My post-blemish marks are finally fading!vsss
I used to have issues with Azelaic Acid causing dryness, but ABC’s Hydration Complex keeps my skin comfortable all day. It’s gentle, not temporary—I noticed a real difference in my skin texture and post-blemish traces after just a week. Highly recommend for breakout-prone skin!
